Research, Development & Quality

Our “make it right first time” approach is the key to quality production, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Marsh Alliance works closely with its customers and supply chain in researching and developing new products, and developing testing processes to ensure reliable and repeatable manufacturing results.

We leverage over 60 years of practical experience coupled with the latest computer design and modelling to design springs, wire forms and pressed parts. We then move to prototyping stage and manage the process through to full manufacturing and utilise in-house capability to develop and manufacture tooling to control and deliver the project.

Quality Process Control

  • Testing and verification of product and performance of parts where quality assurance specifies utilising state-of-the-art test equipment
  • Durability testing where cycle performance is important
  • Drawings, master sample collection and detailed process documentation created and maintained in house
  • Develop best practice manufacturing
  • Due to the complexity of some products Marsh Alliance maintains an extensive in-house tool room to make, use and maintain manufacturing tooling.

Quality Statement

Marsh Alliance is a multifaceted wholly Australian owned manufacturing company, whose aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction through the development, manufacture, sales and service of formed wire and strip products.

The quality and reliability of the company’s products are the concern of every person within the organisation, and not just the sole responsibility of Quality Assurance.

In-built quality starts with the design and development of the product and continues through all subsequent phases. It also includes the quality that comes from the skill and accuracy of the person manufacturing the product. Every section has quality related responsibilities; quality cannot be inspected into the product. Each section therefore is responsible for manufacturing the correct quantities within the required time, in accordance with the planned estimate, and also at the required quality level.
